Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Dynamics 365 and Power Platform developer to join a delivery team on a single client project at a time. You will lead the development, configuration, and integration in a cloud-first environment, applying software engineering best practices and CI/CD with Azure DevOps.

The role requires UK citizenship and residency in the UK for the last 5 years, security checks, and the ability to work across offices, client sites, and from home in a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform in delivering client solutions.
• Hands-on with CI/CD practices, ideally using Azure DevOps.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment checks including security clearance.
• UK citizenship and at least 5 years of UK residence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for a client project.
• Design solutions and implement configurations, extending capabilities via customization.
• Build solutions in an agile team using declarative tools backed by Microsoft and accelerators.
• Contribute to shaping Microsoft Business Applications technology strategy.
