Equip Outdoor Technologies, home of Rab, is seeking a Business Systems Manager to own the ERP and business systems strategy from its Alfreton HQ. You will lead BC/Navision initiatives, work with senior teams, and drive data and process improvements across the organisation.

You'll partner with external providers and internal stakeholders to prioritise initiatives, embed change, and ensure systems deliver tangible business value in a fast-growing international business.

Qualificações

• Strong Business Central/Navision experience.
• Experience leading ERP and business systems improvements.
• Ability to set priorities and provide direction.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Business Systems agenda across Equip and lead system improvements.
• Lead ERP and business systems enhancements and data initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and external partners to prioritise and implement changes.
• Translate ideas into concrete implementations and embed change across the organisation.
