Job summary

Ingeus UK is seeking a Youth Employability Trainer to deliver engaging sessions across Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall and Wolverhampton. You will help young people build confidence, practical employability skills and belief in what is possible through group delivery and tailored coaching.

The role requires safeguarding know-how, strong facilitation, and the ability to travel and engage with partners. Salary starts from £31,000 per annum plus package, with progression opportunities in a mission‑driven

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people through youth work, employability, training or education programmes.
• Strong facilitation and group delivery skills to engage and motivate learners.
• Ability to build positive relationships with young people facing barriers to employment.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and youth-centred practice.
• Willingness to travel to deliver training and engage with participants.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lively training sessions that build confidence and employability skills.
• Adapt delivery to different learning styles and support needs.
• Collaborate with Employment Advisors to link training to action plans.
• Create an inclusive, safe space and record feedback for improvement.
• Cover topics like CVs, interviews, job search, digital skills and workplace behaviours.
