Job summary

Winner Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Operative on a rotating early/late shift pattern in England. The role offers a basic pay rate of £13.75 per hour with weekend overtime at time and a half (£20.63/hr). The position is Mon-Fri with potential for a full-time ongoing role, and a supportive team environment.

Shifts run 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00, with overtime available on weekends. You will load/unload stock, carry out heavy lifting, pick/pack orders and keep the warehouse

Responsibilities

• Loading, unloading and moving stock.
• Carrying out heavy lifting and manual handling tasks.
• Picking, packing and preparing orders.
• Ensuring stock is handled accurately and safely.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised.
• Working closely with colleagues to meet daily targets.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.
