DPD UK is hiring Warehouse Operatives at Edinburgh (Newbridge) to join our fast-paced logistics team. You will be on your feet most of the shift, performing loading/unloading, scanning, and sorting parcels with accuracy.

We offer a competitive pay rate of £12.71 per hour with enhanced overtime, full training from day one, and benefits as part of our package. The role requires a valid driving license and the ability to work Tue-Sat or Sun-Thu from 14:30 to 23:00.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading, scanning, and sorting parcels with precision and accuracy.
• Handling items up to 25kg.
• Using technology systems to ensure parcels reach the right place at the right time.
• Operating warehouse equipment including scanners and conveyors safely.
• Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping throughout the warehouse.
• Conducting quality control checks to verify parcel condition and labelling.
• Reporting discrepancies, damaged items, or system issues to supervisor.
• Working with team to meet daily targets and shift objectives.
