Smyths Toys Superstores is seeking Sales Assistants for a temporary contract in our stores across the UK. You will help customers, keep the shelves stocked, and support a busy, friendly team on a daily basis.

Flexibility is key with weekend work and a focus on delivering great service while learning our product range. Prior retail experience is helpful but not essential; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to provide friendly, efficient customer service.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Ascertain customers’ needs and wants.
• Work as part of a fast paced and dynamic team.
• Keep the store clean and tidy.
• Pack shelves and merchandise.
• Work deliveries and complete price changes.
• Operate tills and assist customers at the point of sale.
