Qualifications

• Experience in a secondary school or FE setting is essential.
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
• Ability to follow lesson plans and maintain classroom routines.
• Proactive, professional and adaptable approach.
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.
