New Line Learning Academy is seeking a motivated Teaching Assistant to support pupils on the SEND register, both in-class and through targeted interventions. You will work with teachers, SEND staff and families to provide personalised support, helping pupils access learning and progress.

The role requires experience with young people in a school setting, a proactive approach, and commitment to ongoing professional development within a supportive Trust environment.

Formación

• Experience supporting young people in educational settings.
• Ability to work in small groups and one-to-one
• Commitment to SEND provision and ongoing professional development

Responsabilidades

• Provide effective in-class support for students with EHCPs.
• Deliver targeted interventions to individuals and small groups.
• Build positive relationships that promote student engagement and independence.
• Monitor, record and evaluate the impact of interventions on student outcomes.
• Collaborate with teachers and SEND team to adapt support strategies.
