Job summary

Vision for Education are recruiting enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to work in a variety of secondary schools across Derbyshire. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience, secure flexible teaching work, or begin your teaching career.

As a Secondary Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons across your subject, manage behaviour, support students’ progress and wellbeing, and adapt teaching styles for different learners.

Qualifications

• QTS or pending QTS completion.
• Experience working with children or young people through placements or previous roles.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Confident, professional and reliable approach.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across your subject specialism.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and create a positive learning environment.
