Job summary

Sports Direct, the UK's No.1 sports retailer, is seeking a Sales Assistant to be on the front line of our busy store network. You’ll help customers find what they need, keep the floor sharp, and power the team through trading days.

From day one you’ll receive in-store induction and have access to development pathways, including supervisor and management programmes, with staff discounts across Frasers Group brands.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential.
• You’ll be supported to learn and grow in the role.
• Strong communication and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and help them find the right product.
• Deliver service at every touchpoint from the door to the till.
• Keep the shop floor tidy, well-stocked, and visually on point.
• Replenish shelves and rails for the next customer.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately.
• Promote current offers and upsell opportunities.
• Work as one team to hit daily sales and service goals.
