Job summary

Teaching Tomorrow is recruiting enthusiastic, fully qualified teachers to join our pool of daily supply staff across a range of secondary schools in Northampton. This role offers variety, flexibility, and the chance to work in different school settings.

As a supply teacher, you will deliver lessons aligned to school plans, maintain a positive classroom environment, and adapt quickly to varying contexts. DBS checks and QTS are required, with ongoing support from a dedicated consultant.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required.
• Recent teaching experience in UK schools.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Flexible, reliable and professional approach.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with school plans.
• Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
• Adapt quickly to different school settings and age groups.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Provide feedback to school staff at the end of each day.
