Teach Now Limited in Hertfordshire is seeking a confident and thoughtful Teacher of Personal, Social, Health and Economic (PSHE) to join a secondary school, teaching students aged 11–19 as timetable allows.

You will deliver an engaging PSHE curriculum covering wellbeing, relationships, consent, online safety, financial awareness and preparation for adult life, creating a respectful classroom where students can discuss sensitive topics confidently and learn to make informed choices, while

Formación

• A recognised teaching qualification, with QTS preferred.
• Experience teaching in a secondary school setting.
• Strong knowledge of age-appropriate PSHE content and sensitive-topic teaching.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver inclusive PSHE lessons across the secondary timetable.
• Teach topics including relationships, consent, wellbeing, online safety and preparation for adult life.
• Create a respectful classroom environment for discussion of sensitive topics.
• Adapt activities and resources for different learning needs.
• Assess understanding through questioning, discussion and feedback.
• Work with pastoral and teaching colleagues to support student development.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and report concerns promptly.
