Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant for LS18 to support children across early years and primary ages. You will work with the class teacher to deliver engaging activities and provide targeted interactions to help pupils progress.

The role requires a positive, enthusiastic and proactive attitude, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff. This is a temporary position offering ongoing consultant support and potential for long-term roles.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working with children in a school or educational setting.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Aufgaben

• Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
• Working alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging learning activities.
• Providing small group interventions and 1:1 support where required.
• Helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Supporting children's academic, social and emotional development.
