Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher with QTS essential.
• A degree or advanced qualification essential.
• Successful teaching experience in a primary setting essential.
• Thorough knowledge of the National Curriculum essential.
• Student-centred teaching with inclusive practices essential.
• Creative strategies to raise attainment in literacy and numeracy essential.
• Ability to write lesson plans, develop resources and assess pupil work essential.
• Experience working with parents to support home–school links essential.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building essential.
• Ability to manage workload and commitments effectively essential.
• Suitability to work with children and young people essential.
• Ability to use ILT in classroom delivery, including interactive whiteboards essential.
