Job summary

UCM Recruitment is seeking a passionate Teacher for a Camden-based primary school. This full-time, long-term agency role supports pupils across the primary age range in a positive and inclusive learning environment.

The position offers an opportunity to contribute to a supportive school community and pupils' development. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, foster a welcoming classroom, and help pupils progress academically, socially and emotionally.

Qualifications

• QTS or relevant teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in a UK school.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Genuine passion for supporting children to reach their potential.
• Full-time availability, Monday to Friday.
• Enhanced DBS or safeguarding checks.
• Availability to start ASAP or on a date agreed with the school.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons meeting the needs of all pupils.
• Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
• Support pupils to make progress academically, socially and emotionally.
• Differentiate lessons and activities for varying abilities and needs.
• Work closely with teaching assistants, support staff and the wider school team.
• Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback and support.
