Job summary

Protocol Education in Nottingham is seeking a passionate Primary Teacher to join a network of welcoming primary schools. You will deliver engaging lessons across EYFS to KS2, adapt activities to pupil needs, monitor progress, and work with teaching assistants, parents, and staff to ensure high standards.

The role offers flexible day-to-day supply, long-term and permanent opportunities, a supportive consultant, CPD, and local school access.

Qualifications

• QTS is required to teach in primary schools in England.
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting is preferred.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills are essential.
• A passion for helping pupils reach their full potential.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills are required.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Differentiate learning to meet all pupils' needs.
• Monitor, assess, and support pupil progress.
• Work with teaching assistants, parents, and school staff.
