Job summary

Aspire People Limited is seeking enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers with QTS to support our network of 48 primary schools in Corby and the surrounding area. This full-time supply role offers a flexible arrangement across partnering schools, with regular opportunities for long-term and permanent placements.

Ideal candidates will have recent UK primary teaching experience, strong classroom management, and a commitment to safeguarding pupils. DBS checks or willingness to apply are required.

Qualifications

• Hold QTS.
• Have recent experience teaching in a UK primary school.
• Be passionate about helping children learn and thrive.
• Be adaptable and confident working across different year groups and settings.
• Have strong classroom management skills.
• Be reliable, professional and committed to delivering excellent lessons.
• Hold an Enhanced DBS or are happy to apply for one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across various primary year groups and settings.
• Support pupils to achieve learning goals across multiple schools.
• Maintain high standards of behavior and classroom management in each placement.
