Job summary

TeacherActive in Liverpool is seeking confident Primary Supply Teachers to work across EYFS–KS2 in a variety of primary schools. You will adapt quickly, establish expectations, and deliver engaging lessons that ensure continuity of learning.

The role offers flexible day-to-day or long-term placements with immediate starts and competitive daily pay. A QTS is required, with strong behaviour management and safeguarding knowledge to support pupils with SEND.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent required.
• Experience teaching across EYFS to KS2.
• Proven ability to manage behaviour effectively.
• Strong safeguarding awareness and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS–KS2.
• Maintain calm, productive learning environments.
• Adapt teaching approaches for different year groups.
• Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures.
• Provide feedback to schools after each placement.
