Job summary

Veritas Education are seeking a Qualified Primary Supply Teacher to work on a temporary contract across North Yorkshire and surrounding areas. You will deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum and create an inclusive, nurturing environment that supports pupils with their learning.

Ideal candidates will have QTS, strong classroom management, excellent communication with pupils, staff and parents, and a proactive, adaptable approach to varying ethos across different schools.

Qualifications

• You must hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and previous experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate learners.
• Excellent communication to build relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
• Proactive, positive and adaptable approach.
• Flexible working across different schools and following various ethos and learning procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum across different key stages.
• Create an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment that encourages a love for learning.
