Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking experienced Daily Supply Teachers to work across primary schools in North Kingston and surrounding areas on a day-to-day and short-term basis. You will cover across Nursery to Year 6, matching your experience and preferred year groups, with short-notice deployments.

As a supply teacher, you will follow lesson plans, settle pupils quickly and maintain routines and positive behaviour from the start.

Qualifications

• QTS required for the role.
• Experience teaching across primary year groups (EYFS to KS2).
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service (or willingness to obtain).
• Up-to-date safeguarding and child protection knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Step into classrooms at short notice to provide cover.
• Follow existing lesson plans and maintain routines and behaviour expectations.
• Create a calm, high-quality learning environment across primary year groups.
• Collaborate with school staff to support student progress and welfare.
