Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in a primary school.
• Strong classroom management and high expectations for pupils.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
• Take responsibility for teaching, learning and progress of your class.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching accordingly.
• Create a positive, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
• Collaborate with the wider teaching team and SLT.
