Job summary

Banana Moon Billericay is recruiting for a minimum of level 3 qualified and experienced Nursery Practitioners, with opportunities for both full time and part time hours.

As a Nursery Practitioner you will plan curriculum per the Early Years Foundation Stage, work as part of a supportive team, safeguard the children, liaise with parents, and benefit from on‑the‑job training, DBS check provided, uniform, and progression prospects.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 Early Years qualification and experience in a nursery setting.
• Confident in planning activities and FSSE-aligned curriculum.
• Excellent team player with strong communication to parents.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard the children and supervise at all times.
• Liaise with parents and provide daily feedback and participate in progress reviews.
• Observe and plan for children's needs with next steps and activities.
• Track children's progress using the Parent App and adhere to nursery policies.
