Job summary

Outwood Academy Redcar, part of Outwood Grange Academies Trust, is seeking a dynamic Teacher of Mathematics. You will teach Maths to Key Stages 3 and 4 in a forward-thinking, inclusive department, joining a supportive team committed to 'Students First'.

We welcome experienced teachers or Early Career Teachers, with UK QTS, a degree in a related subject, and a track record of using assessment for learning to raise attainment.

Qualifications

• Degree in an appropriate discipline and a teaching qualification with UK QTS.
• Recent and relevant teaching experience and experience of assessment at Key Stage 3 and 4.

Responsibilities

• Implement and use a wide range of teaching and learning strategies to improve student performance.
• Use AfL techniques and student data to identify areas for development and raise standards.
