Job summary

Brighton & Hove City Council is seeking a Housing and Litigation Lawyer to join its award-winning legal services team in Hove. You will advise, prepare and present housing law cases in the Courts, including injunctions and possession orders, drawing on strong advocacy and client relationship skills.

The role is permanent with 37 contractual hours, flexi hours, and a salary of £41,177–£53,051 plus an £8,000 market supplement. Applications by 08/11/2026; interviews w/c 16 November 2026.

Qualifications
