Job summary

A prominent educational support organization in Hornchurch is looking for a committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to assist children with special educational needs (SEN). The ideal candidate should have a Level 4 qualification and relevant teaching assistant certification, alongside experience in classroom settings. Qualifications

• Must have a current enhanced DBS certificate and registered on the update service.
• Previous experience working in a school within the last two years.
• Experience with pupils with SEN/learning difficulties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cover lessons to whole classes or small groups.
• Assist with planning and assessing students' work.
• Provide additional support to students with special educational needs.
