Job summary

Placements24 is seeking enthusiastic and certified Fitness Instructors to lead dynamic group fitness classes at our Randburg facility. You will deliver motivating workouts for diverse levels, with opportunities for in-person and potential hybrid delivery.

Responsibilities include planning and delivering classes (Yoga, HIIT, Spin, Strength), ensuring safety, and adapting to abilities while fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Certified fitness instructor with ability to create engaging workouts.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Experience teaching group fitness classes is essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and safe group fitness classes (Yoga, HIIT, Spin, Strength).
• Provide modifications for varying fitness levels and abilities.
• Create a positive, inclusive atmosphere for all attendees.
• Maintain knowledge of current fitness trends and best practices.
• Ensure equipment is used safely and studio space is kept clean.
• Build rapport with members and encourage regular participation.
