Job summary

Parkwood Leisure Limited is seeking a motivated Group Exercise Instructor to join Quayside Leisure Centre on a casual basis. The role focuses on safety, customer service, and delivering high-standard exercise classes.

You should hold Exercise to Music Level 2, be able to engage members, build good relationships, and be flexible with additional hours when required. We offer a benefits package including an employee discount portal, sickness pay, and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

• The post holder must have knowledge and skills in the class subject.
• Exercise to Music Level 2.
• Able to gain acceptance and respect from clients and teams.
• Able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Able to communicate at different levels of the organisation.
• Willing to work additional hours when required.
• Demonstrate identification with customer requirements.
• Committed to good employee relations and delivering quality training.
• Motivated and enthusiastic when teaching.
