• Proven experience working in a hectic planning role.
• Ability to multi-task and manage expectations successfully.
• Knowledge of transport law is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day deliveries and resolve delivery issues.
• Plan next day and future deliveries.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and resolve queries.
• Process customer's orders.
• Raise safety concerns immediately.
• Chase and inform about changes.
• Handle complaints.
• Communicate effectively with key stakeholders.
• Accurate data recording.
• Manage assets and materials effectively.
