  • Have outstanding teaching practice.
  • Have excellent behaviour management.
  • Have experience of lesson observations and giving robust feedback.
  • Have experience of improvement planning.
  • Experience in raising student achievement with evidence of success.
  • Track and provide feedback on high-quality pupil performance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding teaching for learning to meet all student needs.
  • Contribute to strategic subject development and lead training programmes.
  • Support school policies and initiatives in teaching.
  • Plan and facilitate professional learning workshops.

Skills

Outstanding teaching practice
