Job summary

McMullen Facades Ltd, part of the JRL Group, is offering a Project Coordinator role based in Nottingham. You will coordinate information flow between site teams, design, production and planning to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

You will receive KPI reporting, manage drawings, monitor labour hours, and support production planning with accurate data. This role requires clear communication, organisation, and experience in construction or manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Effective communicator with the ability to persuade and assertively manage information.
• Experience in construction or manufacturing environments is required.
• Excellent MS Excel skills and data management experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and materials management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate information flow between site teams, design, production and planning.
• Review, print, issue and control approved drawings for manufacture.
• Ensure correct drawing revisions are issued to production at all times.
• Identify discrepancies and raise buildability or information gaps.
• Coordinate RFIs and technical clarifications as required.
• Support production planning and monitor labour hours against budgets.
• Track progress, report KPI metrics (labour hours, production progress, on-time delivery).
• Maintain project records and prepare management reports.
