Job summary

Actis Legal is recruiting for a Litigation role in the North West region, handling Commercial and Civil disputes for business clients and private individuals. You will manage your own litigated caseload under supervision, with opportunities to develop expertise across Debt Recovery and Property Litigation.

Ideal candidates are solicitors or CiLEX with at least 3 years PQE; applications from recently qualified assistants and paralegals with high level experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• Solicitor or CiLEX with at least 3 years PQE.
• Applications welcome from recently qualified assistants and paralegals with high level experience.
• Experience in Civil Litigation and Commercial Litigation/Dispute Resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own litigated caseload and deal directly with clients.
• Work under supervision and mentorship within the Litigation team.
• Handle a range of Commercial and Civil disputes including debt recovery and property litigation.
