Qualifications

• Experience in catering, hospitality or customer service is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Front of House and service areas for daily operations, keep areas clean and stocked.
• Assist with food and beverage service while delivering excellent customer service.
• Check deliveries and perform temperature/quality checks.
• Monitor stock levels, replenish supplies and report shortages.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, allergen control and workplace safety.
• Complete cleaning duties and ensure equipment is cleaned and stored correctly.
• Record temperature logs, cleaning schedules and other documentation.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to support operations.
• Support other catering areas and adapt to changing priorities.
