Job summary

La Nouvelle Garde in London (Sloane Square) is looking for a friendly bartender to join our brasserie team. You’ll work behind the bar, crafting classic cocktails, coffees and drinks throughout service, ensuring prep and presentation meet our high standards.

You’ll set up the bar, handle multiple orders quickly, interact with guests with energy, and help maintain a clean, organised space. After service you’ll assist closing duties to prepare for the next day.

Qualifications

• Previous bartender experience in a restaurant or bar.
• Can make classic cocktails and coffees.
• Fast, organized and able to handle multiple orders.
• Care about quality and presentation of drinks.
• Enjoy talking to guests and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up the bar for service with garnishes, ice, glassware and stock.
• Prepare drinks to standard and ensure they look great.
