Three Bridges is a nursing home in Warrington seeking an enthusiastic Activities Co-ordinator to bring energy and creativity to daily life for residents. You will plan varied events, from film days to sing-alongs, and coordinate external performers.

You will work with care staff and families, manage the activity programme within budget, and help share moments with families via social media. Training and progression opportunities are available, with a supportive team and free uniform.

• Plan & gain approval for a programme of varied group and/or individual events following discussions with individuals, care staff & relatives.
• Publicise & communicate the programme, ensuring that all individuals have access.
• Run all events on the programme, considering safety, comfort & enjoyment.
• Organise visits from external performers and coordinate transport for outings.
