A major part of the role will be leading change across WWF-UK. You’ll build understanding and confidence in the programme, influence stakeholders at all levels and help teams adapt to new systems, processes and ways of working.

We’re looking for someone who combines strong digital transformation experience with excellent change leadership.

Skills and experience

You’ll bring the skills and experience needed to succeed in this role, including:

  • Strong change management experience, with a track record of building buy-in, supporting adoption and embedding new systems, processes and ways of working across an organisation
  • Experience turning strategy, user needs and organisational priorities into clear digital roadmaps and phased delivery plans
  • Strong programme leadership skills, including governance, risk management, resource planning, reporting and benefits realisation
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms and the role they play in improving supporter, customer or employee experiences
  • Strong commercial awareness, with experience managing suppliers, budgets and delivery against agreed outcomes
