Qualifications

• A valid MOT Testing Licence.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Previous experience as an MOT Tester.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and positive approach to supporting colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities

• Carry out MOT tests in accordance with current DVSA regulations.
• Identify and accurately report vehicle defects and failures.
• Explain MOT results and advisory work to customers in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records and test documentation.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the inspection process.
• Support the wider workshop team when required.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards.
