Manpower UK is seeking an experienced, DV-cleared Senior Planner to support a major defence sector programme at Aldermaston. You will develop and manage detailed schedules using Primavera P6, define WBS, and lead baseline management while coordinating with project teams and stakeholders.

The role requires strong communication, mentoring, and reporting skills to drive schedule performance in a highly regulated, nuclear/defence environment. On-site, full-time with a 12-month contract.

Formación

• DV clearance is essential for this position.
• Extensive Primavera P6 expertise required for schedule development and analysis.
• Experience in nuclear/defence sectors and highly regulated environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Mentor and develop junior planners and support planning standards.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain detailed project and programme schedules.
• Define and implement Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Collect, validate, and manage schedule updates from internal and external stakeholders.
• Create and maintain baseline schedules with project teams.
• Support change management through what-if analysis and schedule impact assessments.
• Resource load schedules and assist with resource leveling across the programme.
• Produce and present planning reports for senior stakeholders and reviews.
• Provide planning insights to support programme delivery and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop less experienced planners.
• Apply planning best practices to improve processes, standards and outcomes.
• Collaborate with project teams, suppliers and stakeholders to align schedules with objectives.
