Job summary

SR2 is partnering with an exciting technology-focused client to recruit a DV Cleared Project Support Officer. Location is London and Milton Keynes with hybrid working.

The role covers live technology delivery, governance, B Corp re-accreditation, and an AI software product programme. You will support day-to-day project administration, coordinate actions and milestones, and help manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Current DV clearance required.
• Experience as a Project Support Officer, PMO Analyst/Officer, Project Coordinator or similar.
• Strong project administration, reporting and documentation skills.
• Confidence coordinating stakeholders and managing actions.
• Experience across multiple workstreams and fast-moving environments.
• Interest in AI, sustainability or B Corp environments advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day project and administrative support across a live technology programme.
• Coordinate and track actions, milestones, plans and governance activities.
• Maintain project trackers, agendas, minutes and reporting packs.
• Support stakeholder coordination and follow-up actions.
• Assist planning for an AI software product programme.
• Support B Corp re-accreditation with evidence gathering.
• Work across multiple workstreams as central coordination point.
