Job summary

Halian’s leading client in Manchester is seeking a UKIC DV Cleared DevOps Software Engineer for a long-term contract. The role requires hands-on DevOps experience with modern CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and cloud platforms.

You will work across microservices architectures using Java/Python/TypeScript or ReactJS in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will hold UK DV clearance and have strong testing experience (unit tests, Cypress/Cucumber/Behave/Selenium) and familiarity

Qualifications

• Experience with Java, Python, TypeScript or ReactJS.
• Solid understanding of SOLID principles.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (Cypress, Cucumber, Behave, Selenium).
• Experience with BDD.
• Experience with containers (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Microservices architecture experience.
• Familiar with Scrum or Kanban.
