Job summary

Searchability NS&D seeks a Data Scientist / AI Engineer for a permanent on-site role in Cheltenham. Must hold active enhanced DV clearance. Roles span junior to lead levels with salaries from £45,000 to £95,000 DoE plus a 15% clearance bonus.

You will work on ML, GenAI, NLP and customer engagement for public and private sector projects. Applicants should be able to design, communicate, and deliver robust AI/DS solutions, lead agile teams, and engage with clients to define value and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in ML/GenAI/NLP for enterprise data solutions.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.
• Experience securing work through RFI/RFPs and client bids.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale AI/DS solutions for clients.
• Lead delivery teams and coordinate with engineering and consultancy units.
• Publish whitepapers and present at conferences where appropriate.
