Job summary

CBSbutler Ltd. is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Architect to provide security architecture expertise across complex programmes within a secure, high-assurance environment in London.

The role focuses on embedding secure-by-design principles throughout the delivery lifecycle, acting as a senior security authority and mentoring other security professionals, with a hybrid working pattern and the need for current DV clearance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Cyber Security Architect.
• Experience designing secure architectures within complex, high-risk environments.
• Knowledge of NCSC CAF, ISO 27001 and security frameworks.
• Experience across cloud, hybrid and on-premises infrastructure.
• TOGAF certification or equivalent enterprise architecture experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and assure secure architectures across complex technology environments.
• Define security architecture principles, standards and design patterns.
• Embed security into architecture and design governance.
• Review cloud, hybrid and on-premises architectures for improvements.
• Translate threats and risk into practical security controls.
• Provide security architecture support to technical teams and programmes.
• Ensure alignment with security standards, frameworks and risk requirements.
• Act as senior technical authority and mentor other professionals.
