Job summary

Experis UK is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a major global technology organisation in Watford on a permanent basis. This role targets government and defence programmes and requires DV clearance, with work in a highly secure, mission-critical environment.

You will lead requirements gathering, analyse and improve business processes, develop current and future-state process models, and produce user stories and process maps.

Qualifications

• Experienced Business Analyst with experience on Government or Defence programmes
• Strong background in Agile and Waterfall methodology
• Experience across full project lifecycle
• DV Cleared – essential to be considered

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of integrated solutions within a highly secure, mission-critical environment
• Lead requirements gathering, analyse and improve business processes, support solution design, and ensure business needs are translated into practical, effective outcomes
• Lead workshops and requirements-gathering activities
• Analyse and document business, functional and non-functional requirements
• Develop current and future-state process models and identify improvement opportunities
• Produce key analysis artefacts including user stories, requirements documentation and process flows
• Support testing, validation and business readiness activities
• Contribute to successful project delivery within Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments
