Job summary

CGI seeks experienced Software Engineers with DV Security Clearance to design, build and maintain secure, scalable applications for mission-critical systems. Roles involve collaboration with clients and a strong emphasis on reliability, performance, and secure practices.

Based in offices in Manchester or Gloucester, you will work within the Secure Innovation & Advisory area of CGI’s Space, Defence and Intelligence unit, applying modern tooling and agile processes to deliver impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in containerisation, microservices and cloud platforms.
• Experience with Agile software development (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience writing technical documentation such as LLDs, user guides, release notes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver secure, high-performance software for mission-critical systems.
• Collaborate with clients to exploit technologies while ensuring security and reliability.
• Document designs, deliver runs and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
