Qualifications

• Experience leading front-of-house in high-volume restaurants or brasseries.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and guest-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the floor during breakfast, lunch and dinner services with confidence.
• Act as senior decision-maker on shift and resolve operational issues quickly.
• Coach and support the front-of-house team to grow confidence and skill.
• Oversee guest flow and table management for efficient seating and pacing.
• Maintain service standards and hospitality from greeting to farewell.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and turn challenges into positive outcomes.
• Maintain impeccable presentation of dining room, bar and service stations.
