Duty Manager in Repton - Fantastic Sports & Fitness Centre

Hours : Full-time 40 hours (rota including evenings weekends & bank holidays)

Base salary of up to : 29355

Were looking for an energetic and customer-focused Duty Manager to help lead the day-to-day operations of a busy Sports & Fitness Centre in the heart of Repton. Home to some larger scale sporting events and offering a wide range of facilities this is a leisure job not to be missed.

What youll be doing
  • Managing and motivating a small team (lifeguards reception caf and cleaning staff)
  • Ensuring the centre operates safely and efficiently with a strong focus on health & safety including pool testing and risk assessments
  • Delivering excellent customer service and being the go-to person during your shift
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth experience for members students and the community
What were looking for
  • 3 years operational experience including at least 2 years in management
  • Strong people and communication skills approachable calm under pressure and proactive
  • A hands-on leader who sets high standards and leads by example
  • Pool Plant Operator and National Pool Lifeguard qualifications (or willingness to achieve)
