A luxury hotel group is seeking an experienced Hotel Duty Manager for a prestigious 5-star hotel in London. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, lead various teams, resolve guest queries, and ensure compliance with service standards. Strong leadership and a passion for luxury hospitality are essential. The position requires flexibility for shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Front Office Supervisor, or Assistant Manager in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Impeccable presentation and a genuine passion for luxury hospitality.
  • Confident decision-maker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee hotel operations during your shift, acting as the senior manager on duty.
  • Lead and support Front Office, Concierge, and Guest Services teams.
  • Resolve guest queries and service challenges promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance to ensure seamless operations.
  • Conduct regular property walks and ensure brand standards are maintained.
  • Manage daily reports, handovers, and ensure compliance with health & safety procedures.
