Job summary

Flight Club Exeter is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to lead a high-energy team and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee shifts, model the Flight Club values, and ensure service levels remain top-notch in a fast-paced environment.

We’re looking for someone who thrives on teamwork, can motivate others, and can balance guest satisfaction with operational excellence on a busy venue floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or restaurant/hospitality management is preferred.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Ability to stay calm and positive in a fast-paced environment.
