Job summary

SSP UK & Ireland is seeking a Team Leader for Burger King at Edinburgh Airport. The role covers opening, closing and daily operations, with flexible shifts between 4am and midnight.

You’ll train and lead a busy team, ensure top customer service, and support performance improvements across shifts. Salary includes £13.75/hr base plus £1.50/hr night incentive, totaling £15.25/hr for eligible hours, with a full-time 37.5 hour week.

Qualifications

• 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.
• 18+ age required for certain shifts and alcohol service.
• Previous leadership experience in busy hospitality or retail.
