Ensuring staffing levels are adequate for the shift and any issues are addressed in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Anticipating client needs wherever possible and reacting to these to enhance client satisfaction.
• Flexibility to assist within other areas of the restaurant.
• Briefing the front‑of‑house team to ensure they have clear targets on customer satisfaction and upselling.

A great opportunity to work full time (approx 40hrs) per week over 5 days including regular evenings and weekends, with a fantastic team and a service charge payment which averages £250‑£300 per week in addition to your hourly pay.
