The Range in Worthing is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to help run our busy store. You will oversee daily operations, lead colleagues, coach teams and ensure high standards of customer service, merchandising and health & safety.

This hands-on role requires a proactive, customer-first approach in a fast-paced retail environment, supporting opening/closing, promotions and a consistently excellent shopping experience for every customer.

Are you an experienced retail supervisor with a passion for customer service, operational excellence and leading high-performing teams? We are looking for a proactive and customer focused Duty Manager to support the day-to-day running of our busy retail store.

The Role

As Duty Manager, you will help oversee the daily operation of the store, ensuring excellent standards across customer service, merchandising, compliance, health & safety and team performance. You will lead colleagues on the shop floor, provide coaching and support, and ensure all operational procedures are delivered consistently and efficiently.
